Vietnamese Futsal Team Begins Training in Thailand upon Arrival

“Vietnamese Futsal Team Arrives in Thailand and Begins Training for 2024 Asian Futsal Finals”

The Vietnamese futsal team made their way to Bangkok, Thailand, arriving smoothly at the Dusit Princess hotel, courtesy of the Organizing Committee’s shuttle service. Following a quick meal and brief rest, the team wasted no time and hit the court for their first training session in Thailand at 4:00 p.m.

Coach Diego Raul, who has emphasized attacking organization since taking the helm, focused on offensive drills during the nearly two-hour practice. From launching attacks with goalkeeper kicks to perfecting throw-in kicks and set plays, the team honed their skills under Raul’s meticulous guidance.

Despite the shift in location, the weather in Bangkok mirrors that of their training base in Ho Chi Minh City, facilitating an easy transition for the players. Staying mindful of the heat, the team maintained room temperatures at moderate levels to ensure player well-being.

Looking ahead, the Vietnamese team’s Group A fixtures in the 2024 Asian Futsal Finals are set. They kick off their campaign against Myanmar on April 17 at 2:00 p.m., followed by matches against China on April 19 and hosts Thailand on April 21, all crucial showdowns in their quest for futsal glory.

As the team gears up for their upcoming challenges, coach Raul’s intensive training regimen aims to fine-tune their attacking prowess and defensive solidity, providing the necessary tools for success on the futsal court in the fiercely competitive Asian Futsal Finals.

The Vietnamese futsal team’s journey in Thailand is just beginning, with high hopes and aspirations driving them forward towards achieving their futsal dreams in the grandest stage of Asian futsal competition.
