Indonesia U23 National Team Prepares for AFC U23 Asian Cup with Test Matches against Saudi Arabia and UAE
The Indonesia Under-23 national team is getting ready for the upcoming AFC U23 Asian Cup through two test matches against Saudi Arabia and the UAE. The tournament will take place in Qatar from 15 April to 3 May 2024. Head coach Shin Tae-yong expressed gratitude for the support of the Indonesian Football Association (PSSI) in postponing the league, allowing for better preparation. Indonesia’s training squad includes players from various clubs, with a mix of domestic and international experience. The team is set to face hosts Qatar, Jordan, and Australia in Group A of the AFC U23 Asian Cup. With the backing of PSSI and the cooperation of club owners and Liga 1 coaches, Indonesia aims to make an impact in the upcoming competition. #AFF #PSSI
