Myanmar and Thailand Secure Draws in FIFA World Cup 2026 Qualifiers

Myanmar secured their first point in the FIFA World Cup 2026 qualifiers with a 1-1 draw against Syria in Yangon. Soe Mow Kyaw opened the scoring for Myanmar before Alaa Aldeen Al Dali levelled for Syria. The draw earned Myanmar their first point in Group B, while Syria maintained second place with four points behind Japan.
