Coach Philippe Troussier, after receiving encouragement from the authorities, expressed the team’s determination and goals for the upcoming matches.
“Winning also means realizing the goal of going deeper and further in the Asian arena. However, the goal we want to achieve is not flat or easy. The players sitting here are all warriors. They always try their best every day, proving every day, in every training session, towards the goal of not only winning but also how to win,” Troussier emphasized.
Despite facing several injuries, Troussier assured that the team will fight hard for the national flag, highlighting the unity and strong bond among the players.
Following today’s training session, Troussier is set to finalize the list of 28 players for the away trip to Gelora Bung Karno Stadium in Indonesia on March 19. The team will have two more training sessions to prepare for the match against the host team on March 21.
