U20 Vietnamese Women Determined to Improve in Last 2 Matches

The Vietnamese women’s U20 team faced a tough challenge against an impressive Japanese U20 side led by Manaka Matsukubo, a force to be reckoned with on the field. Despite a valiant effort in the first half, the Vietnamese defense struggled to contain the dynamic Japanese attack, resulting in a devastating 0-10 loss in the second half.

Captain Le Thi Bao Tram reflected on the team’s performance, emphasizing the importance of learning from the experience and addressing the issues that arose during the match. While acknowledging the team’s determination and positive spirit in the first half, Bao Tram highlighted the physical toll that affected their performance in the later stages of the game.
