Hanoi FC bids farewell to goalkeeper Bui Tan Truong as he joins Binh Phuoc Club in mid-season transfer period

The 2023/24 mid-season transfer window in the V-League is bustling with activity, with clubs across the league making moves to improve their squads. Hanoi FC, a prominent club in Vietnamese football, is also partaking in this transfer frenzy.
