Aluminum football team beats Persepolis 1-0 in PGPL match

Aluminum FC clinched a tight 1-0 victory over Persepolis in the Iran Persian Gulf Pro League (PGPL) as Amir Nouri scored the decisive goal in the 75th minute. In other PGPL matches, Malavan secured a 1-0 win against Zob Ahan, while Paykan and Nassaji settled for a 1-1 draw in Tehran. Shams Azar and Esteghlal Khuzestan played out a goalless draw in Qazvin, and Mes were held to a scoreless draw by Havadar in Rafsanjan.

Looking ahead, PGPL leaders Esteghlal are scheduled to take on Sanat Naft at Tehran’s Azadi Stadium on Friday.
