Former Malaysian national team striker Norshahrul Idlan Talaha, affectionately known as Matyo, has taken on a new role as an assistant coach with KL City FC. Specifically, he will be working with the KL City Extension team, which caters to players under the age of 23, for the upcoming 2024/25 season. The position was previously held by Wan Rohaimi Wan Ismail, who has since been promoted to the role of senior squad coach for The City Boys’ 2024/25 season.
