Johor Darul Ta’zim (JDT) stars Juan Muniz and Nazmi Faiz displayed their prowess as professional footballers during team training. Nazmi Faiz, currently at the peak of his career, has been a loyal member of JDT since the end of 2016. The 30-year-old midfielder played a crucial role in JDT’s Malaysia Cup triumph last season, contributing two important goals to secure the victory in 2023.

Meanwhile, Juan Muniz, who joined JDT at the start of 2023, is entering his second year with the Harimau Selatan jersey. The Spanish-born player made a significant impact in the league last season, tallying 9 goals and 6 assists in 23 Super League appearances. Notably, Muniz also found the back of the net in an Asian Champions League (ACL) match against BG Pathum United, helping JDT secure a 4-2 victory.

Both Nazmi Faiz and Juan Muniz remain integral to Hector Bidoglio’s plans for the upcoming 2024/25 season, bolstering JDT’s midfield core.
