Emirati football club Al-Nasr SC has officially announced the signing of Kenyan U20 winger Elly Owande. The young talent, who previously played for Migori Youth, joins the UAE Pro League side on a three-year deal, set to run until 2027. Owande, a key figure in Kenya’s U23 squad that finished second in the Four Nations Tournament earlier this year, will be registered with Al-Nasr’s U23 team under the residents’ category.
Al-Nasr, the oldest football club in the UAE, has a rich history dating back to its founding in 1945 and is known for developing talent and competing in the top tier of Emirati football. Owande’s signing is part of the club’s strategy to strengthen its future squad.
