Bangkok United closed the gap on Thai League 1 leaders Buriram United with a hard-fought 2-1 win at Ratchaburi. Vander Luis and Willen Mota scored in the second half to overturn Sanchai Nontasila’s early goal for the home team. Bangkok United now sit two points behind Buriram, setting up a crucial clash with Port tomorrow.
Coach Totchtawan Sripan praised both teams’ performance, with Ratchaburi impressing in the first half.
