In the upper zone, representatives include Sisaket United, Saimitkabin United, Phitsanulok Unity, Maejo United, Ban Khai United, and Maha Sarakham SBT FC. Meanwhile, the lower zone will be represented by Pathum Thani University FC, Bangkok FC, Songkhla FC, North Bangkok University FC, Ang Thong FC, and Phatthalung FC.

The forthcoming Champions League round will kick off with the group stage matches scheduled between March 9 and April 7, 2024. Teams finishing in 1st place in their respective groups will secure automatic promotion to Thai League 2, with home-away fixtures determining the winners. The 2nd place teams from both groups will compete in a play-off, with the winner also earning promotion to Thai League 2.

The final round and 3rd place competition are set for April 20-21 and April 27-28, 2024, respectively. The newly announced live broadcasts of the Pui Rung Arun League 2023/24 football competition will cover all matches from the group stage to the finals on platforms such as Facebook and YouTube.
