Buriram United secured a thrilling comeback victory against Bangkok United, with Guilherme Bissoli and Supachai Chaided starring in the action. The Thunder Castle found themselves trailing 2-0 after Willen Mota’s brace for Bangkok United. However, Bissoli stepped up, scoring twice in the 43rd and 52nd minutes to level the score. Chaided then sealed the win with a header in the 77th minute.

Coach Arthur Papas praised his team’s mental strength in bouncing back from the early deficit. Buriram’s win now puts them five points clear at the top of Thai League 1, with 45 points from their matches. The defending champions are followed by Port, who sit in second place with 40 points.
